- Lotus Notes/Domino
- Workgroup information sharing and idea exchange has never been
easier. With Notes your enterprise can simply exchange e-mail internally or use the
full power of Notes and integrate your business with the Web, develop information and
approval routing systems, or keep your mobile teams connected with headquarters.
Lotus Notes is highly customizable with a powerful development language and many third
party tools.
-
- TAPI Phone Dialer Utility
- We have developed a dialer that uses the Lotus
Notes Contact directory. Many new phone systems (such as Siemens) have a
USB connection for workstations that provide the ability to dial directly
through the phone. A routine integrated in the Lotus Contact Directory
calls an external executable that talks to the phone and dials the number
stored in the Lotus Contact database. It handles the access code needed to
dial out long distance as well as the requirement to use 9 to get local
and 1 800 numbers and 8 for long distance. As well as near localities that
include the area code but are not long distance.

combination makes a practical and scaleable solution for your information storage and
retrieval needs.

better. Exchange Server, part of the BackOffice family of products integrates
